The heart and soul of the sanctuary are our volunteers.  In addition to the daily house cleaning chores, we have and always need more volunteers who can spend some quality one on one time with the cats by holding, loving and petting them.

We place a very high value on this type of volunteer service because it ensures that not only are our cats well socialized and adoption ready, it develops character and compassion in the volunteers as well.

The unconditional love that comes back to the volunteers from the cats makes one wonder who benefits more from this special human and animal bonding, the volunteers or the cats?
